Dr. Ifeanyi Nwadukwe, MD, FCAP is a board-certified pathologist and laboratory director with over a decade of clinical and operational experience. He currently leads a high-volume diagnostic lab processing more than 300,000 specimens annually.

Frustrated by the inefficiencies and risks of manual grossing, Dr. Nwadukwe founded NCRatio to bring intelligent robotics and AI into the heart of pathology workflows. The company’s flagship product, Virchow GrossBot, fully automates the grossing of small biopsies—reducing labor costs, improving safety and scalability.
